- The Conference fee is reduced for one presenting authors per paper. At least one author of each accepted paper is expected to be present at the Congress. Accepted papers will not be included in the published proceedings unless payment of the conference fee is received by May 31th, 2012.
- Conference registration fee includes a delegate information pack, Congress proceedings, lunches, coffees and congress dinner.
- To register fill out the form on the conference website.
- Upon receipt of your registration form and payment, the secretariat will send you a receipt of payment. The receipt should be presented when registering at the Conference.
- Cancellation should be made to the secretariat with a written notice. Refunds will be available with a 15 percent cancellation charge before May 31th, 2012. No refunds will be provided after May 31st, 2012.
Nota: Students intending to benefit from the reduce rate , must submit proof of payment of college or course fees.
